1. I want to capture a circular area. How can select a circular shape and prevent ellipse selection? Press Alt Key while selecting ellipse, cause selecting a circle. Generally if you press Alt key, while selecting a shape, the shape would regulary.

1. What do "Antialias Enabled" checkbox in text dialog? According to Wikipedia anti-aliasing is the technique of minimizing the distortion artifacts known as aliasing when representing a high-resolution signal at a lower resolution. In the image domain, aliasing artifacts can appear as wavy lines or bands, or moiré patterns, or popping, strobing, or as unwanted sparkling; in the sound domain, as rough, inharmonic, or spurious tones, or as noise. If Antialias is enabled you got smoother and better looking text.
2. I drew some shapes on my image. But when I copy the image into Clipboard and paste it in another software, all shapes are lost. What is wrong? Vectorial shapes didn't copy into image by default, because they could move, resize or deleted. You should Rasterize vectorial Object (Copy vectorial objects into bitmap) by using "Edit>Rasterize Object" command.
